Project Overview

Computational Fluid Dynamics analysis and greenfield piping design for Mirani Sewage Treatment Plant.

Worked at GANDEN Engineers and Project Managers on the Mirani Sewage Treatment Plant projects, including Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis and greenfield piping design. Performed CFD analysis of the blower building and river flow modelling to optimize plant ventilation and environmental water discharge. Conducted FEA of clarifier equipment for structural integrity assessment. Delivered process, mechanical, civil, structural and hydraulic design for the upgrade of the backwash system, including pumps, blowers, pipework, generator and instrumentation. Performed project management, mechanical plant design and layout, engineering calculations, pump and pipe sizing, pipe stress analysis, concept design, and vendor liaison.
