Characteristics: 9 pump stations are being commissioned to transfer brine as a part of Water Treatment Plan. There are two setups considered, Temporary and Permanent. A Permanent setup consists of Carbon Steel Pipe both Above ground and Below ground, whereas Temporary setup consist of HDPE piping.
Responsibilities:
- Flow and Pressure drop analysis
- Pipe Sizing and Pump Sizing
- Pipe Support Design
- Pipe Stress Analysis
- Pipe Isometric verification and checking
- Finite Element Analysis
- Liaison with internal and clients
- Liaison with vendor
